The Platform is owned and operated by Multipurpose Awareness Society, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at: 5-198, Markandeya Nagar, GR Road, Hyderabad, India
(Here in after referred to as the ‘Platform Owner’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform or availing of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any of the terms, you should not use the Platform.
- User Eligibility
The Platform is intended for users who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Act, including minors, are not eligible to use the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
